How to Sync Google, Apple, or Other Calendars in to Helium (External Feeds)

Created by Alex Laird, Modified on Sat, 15 Nov at 10:29 AM by Alex Laird

You can sync other calendars in to Helium if they provide a public iCal/ICS URL (for example, here is how to obtain such a URL for your Google Calendar).

If you're looking for a way to sync Helium out to other calendars instead, that is the Feeds feature.

How to Add an External Calendar

  1. Sign in to your Helium account
  2. Go to Account → Settings → Preferences
  3. Scroll to External Calendars
  4. Click the + button
  5. Paste the iCal URL
  6. Select a color
  7. Click the Enabled checkbox
  8. Click Save

Notes About External Calendars

  • Helium can only display these calendars, it cannot not modify them
  • External Calendars may refresh on their own schedule
