If something is missing from your calendar view—assignments, or events—it is usually caused by filters, date issues, or something that's not configure correctly.
1. Check Calendar Filters
- If "Remember filter selections” is enabled, Helium may be hiding items from a previous session
- This can be disabled in Account → Settings → Preferences
- When filters are applied, the dropdowns are blue instead of grey
- Make sure filters aren't applied, or if they are, that "Assignments" and/or "Events" is one of the selected filters
- Make sure category filters aren't applied that might be are excluding the items you're expecting
- Make sure class filters aren't applied that might be excluding the items you're expecting
2. The Class Group is Hidden
- Hiding a class group means none of the classes or assignments in that group will appear on the Calendar
- In Classes, hidden groups have an icon of a closed eye next to their title
3. Wrong View
- The "Todos" view only shows "Assignments", so "Events" will not appear here
4. Term Date Mismatch
- Class schedules are generated based on the start/end date range of the class. The term's start/end dates may also be relevant. Double-check that the date's being viewed in the calendar are within the date range of the term (in particular on the "Todo" view).
