Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password or want to update it, Helium makes it easy to reset it securely.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

1. Go to the Helium login page
2. Click Forgot your Password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the reset link
5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Changing Your Password While Logged In

1. Sign in to your Helium account
2. Go to Account → Settings → Account
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password twice
5. Click Save

• If you don’t see the reset email, check spam/junk folders.
• Try searching your inbox for "Helium" or "password reset"
