How to Reset a Forgotten Password

1. Go to the Helium login page and click Forgot your Password?
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for the reset link
4. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Changing Your Password While Logged In

1. Open Settings → Change Password
2. Enter your Current password
3. Enter your New password
4. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field
5. Tap Save

Note: The Change Password option is only shown if your account was created with an email and password. If you signed up through a third-party provider (such as Google), password management is handled by that provider.

Troubleshooting

• If you don't see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder
• Try searching your inbox for "Helium" or "password reset"

Helium Classic

In Helium Classic, the password reset option works the same way, but in a different location. The logged-in password change option is no longer available in Helium Classic.
