Using Exports to Backup Data, Move Between Accounts

You can use the Import/Export feature to create a backup of your Helium data, and to move data between accounts.

How to Create a Backup

1. Sign in to the Helium account
2. Go to Account → Settings → Import/Export
3. Click Export, and the backup file will download

Moving Data to Another Account

1. Log out of your Helium account
2. Sign in to another Helium account
3. Go to Account → Settings → Import/Export
4. Click Choose and select the exported backup file
5. Click Import

• Imported data is added alongside existing schedules, but in separate groups
